Please buff Heimerdinger.

Will be getting any buffs? He is outclassed, useless, and doesn't contribute in anyway. Heimerdinger is only good at 1v1 Howling Abyss. In Summoners, he is nonexistent.

First off, his passive is useless. Change his passive or make it scale with something. The life regen is so bad and barely noticable at all stages of the game. It was somewhat worth having when it could heal buildings but that was taken away and now he is left with such a horrible life regen aura.

His turrets are paper. They get demolished by everything. Especially late game. Why have 3 charges when they all die in 1 spell? The enemy can just pick them off one by one and at max cdr, the turret charges are available every 12 seconds. and wasting money for cdr items is pulling him from getting other items to compensate for his weak damage. Also, why do they deactivate when you walk away? It never did that with old Heimer and it was awesome. Zyra plants and Azir soldiers are way more effective than his turrets.

Shooting rockets is like throwing a paper airplane. It is weak, has a high cooldown, a bit high mana cost, and easily dodged. Even when you hit someone with all five rockets, it does laughable damage while other mages do better like Ahris Q or Ziggs Q. Hell, any spell.

His grenade is even worse. Way worse. Such a bad spell. 17 second cooldown? Even with level 5 grenades and 40% cdr, the cooldown is way too high. Laughable damage. Much weaker than the rockets. Also easily dodged.

Then his ultimate. His ulti turret is and ulti rocket is the most used, yet ineffective. The Ult turret can be walked away or smited leaving you defenseless, needs to charge up the beam to burst, and only lives on a short period of time. His ulti rocket is only devastating when the enemy has no resistance or health. I still don't know why the rockets have reduced damage from constantly being hit by multiple rockets. So unsatisfying. His ulti grenade is the most useless, as the spell itself. The only use it has is to gank or catch someone off and hope your team can do the damage for you.

All in all for short, Heimer as I said is outclassed. No mobility, weak defenses, no burst, spells that work against itself, does not contribute in teamfights, gankable, bad pokes. Please read this. It needs to be looked over. He is only good at pubstomping and even then, you can barely pubstomp if the enemy knows the matchup. Thank you.
