http://www.surrenderat20.net/2014/10/109-bp-update.html?m=1 I don't like these changes at all Riot. You are trying too hard to make the game more complex. Just leave it how it is. If I wanted to play a overly complicated game i would go play Dota. Please just leave the game how it is.

Do you play much jungle? because right now a whole lot of the change is focused towards jungle and looks like it may finally make it have strategic diversity other than farm and gank. other than that, the changes look like they are just tweaking stuff to be able to balance everything else better.
