Ranked Restrictions

Just played in a ranked game with the above divisions. Bot lane Jhin and Morgana went 0-14 as a lane. OP.GG showed that they have less than 200 wins combined. Can we add restrictions such as "You haven't played enough games to play ranked yet." or something to this effect? Sick of having fresh 30's get ranked up against golds and shitting the bed.

Seeing as the top two players linked in that image are UNRANKED, I think it's safe to assume they're in placements. If they cant handle golds then the system will drop them to the appropriate ranking and you should have no trouble climbing back to where you were.
