Can we PLEASE stop letting fresh 30's play ranked? Seriously can we give some honest thought into a MINIMUM amount of games won before ranked is allowed?

The minimum number of games played to be able to play ranked, a.k.a., leveling up to 30.

But those games don't include full runes + masteries or even general knowledge of what the game is like when EVERYONE has full runes and masteries. The amount of game knowledge that a fresh 30 has vs. someone who has won AT LEAST 500 games is drastically different and this puts their whole team at a disadvantage.

At level 30 you have full masteries, and with one game, you can get two pages of teir 2 runes. And of course there's a difference between people who have played 500 games, and those that just got to 30. It doesn't mean you should play 500 games, before being able to access a third of the game.

I think when they rework the rune and mastery system it'll help a lot. As far as I know there won't be anything keeping new players from using everything (or at least I hope there won't be).
