Where is one for all?

One for all has been out on the PBE since patch 8.5, we didn't get a game mode in patch 8.5 and we was expecting one in 8.6. But where is it? One for all hasn't been out for longer than a year now and now they're making us wait much longer for it. Do they hate the game mode or something? I just want to go full Zoe or full Sion. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
