What does that tell you about his balance in ranked? If they're OP in urf, they're OP in ranked too. Mana costs my @ss. If he uses his abilities properly (with anyone with half a brain can do) he shouldn't have any mana problems.

Urf has not and never will be an indicator of live balance. Sona, Ezreal, and Hecarim are almost pick/ban in Urf due to how powerful 80% cooldown reduction and no mana costs are, while some champions like Draven or Zyra are barely played.

If it is not, then here is the one thing that makes it so I never ban Shaco in Urf. Upgraded pink ward at level 9. From then on you can have one down at all times near you. Kinda prevents almost ALL of his dmg....
