It would be nice to see improvements here.
With the current availability of movement speed items, virtually everyone is running around with ~420 or even higher, making it ridiculously easy to avoid skill shots. Playing any champions with average speed skill shots with/against good players feels like you're putting your team at a disadvantage.

Digity1 votes1 blitz or thresh hook can be a decider in late game also have u not seen zoe hitting u for 2k from a mile away? in a real teamfight how are u gonna dodge any skillshot u gonna dodge 1-2 but then something hits u.
