Because of item exchaning im not allowed to have both of them

Y U NO LET ME HAVE BOTH RAVENOUS AND TITANIC

Similar problem with buying multiple Sorcerer's Boots for the non unique 15 mpen and having multiple enchantments on them, I cant have different enchants for every boot because it keeps trying to exchange my old boots

Im probably the only person bothered by this because I doubt anyone has used TItanic with Hydra before.

You have it backward. Riot doesn't want you to be able to build both Ravenous and Titanic. The purpose of the item exchange is to allow you to swap if you want the other one, without permitting you to build it and have both. Also, many builds include Titanic Hydra.

if you were allowed to have both of them, they'd also both be nerfed into the ground and then nobody would be happy. believe me, you do not want to be allowed to have both of them.

They do stack because the Titanic active disables the passive which allows Ravenous passive to be active for one hit
