Even Orianna is have 46% win rate.Also Orianna high skill cap.Is it fair?

Why were you nerfed Viktor?

Riot balance team did bad changes again.

Unfortunately, as stated, it's generally not the champs right now. It's the itemization that's so...Off.

Its not Viktor itself, or Orianna, its the new Season / Meta which very negatively affects nearly all Ap champions

This is because riot Nerfed all ap champions first ( from 120 ap items to 100 ap, which is around 60-130 Ap less) and then buffed Tenacity item 3111 , while substaining a strict MR items for ADs Policy item 3139 item 3140 item 3091 item 3156 while having items like item 3742 item 3102 item 3065 item 3053 whcih makes it impossible for certain champions to be effective in what they do. While ap champions can get item 3157 ..... which is not nearly enought for most champions.
