Soooooo......Azir is getting a new skin

But is he even playable anymore? Today I just took him for a test drive in bots and...well...he's kinda bad. I mean I'm Bronze and I get that, as a lol player in general, I suck but still. I used to be really good with Azir and then I saw the nerf train coming so I jumped ship and went to main supp, but he is getting a new skin so I tried him out again and holy crap. I get it, Azir was totally freaking OP before, but it's almost as if Riot took a club and broke his legs. I don't want to be the classic "I used to main this champ and Riot nerfed him wah" but seriously every time a new champ comes out they are OP until enough people whine about it and then riot just freaking destroys their kit.
