exploring way to add more bans (suggested bans)

what if there was 3 bans followed by 3 suggested bans on both teams suggested bans could be ignored at a cost. people can accumulate charges like they do on aram. By not picking suggested ban for like 10 games in a row they get 1 charge. Can only hold a maximum of 1 charge/pass.

Or it could be 3 games in a row except if you pick a suggested champion you cannot trade them with anyone. Prior to using it you will be notified/alerted that you cannot trade the champion.

Make sure you let your team captain know who not to ban in the suggested bans since it applies to your team as well/cost a charge to override them.
