With assigned positions, I see pick process faster by this change

Right now, pick process by rounds goes 1 blue, 2 red, 2 blue, 2 red, 2 blue, 1 red. However despite there being 2 picks on the same side, we are still picking one by one. I don't see a reason for that to be this way, just allow 2 picks at the same time whenever possible (rounds 2-5). This change would result in faster pick process most definitely.
