caitlyns 650 base attack range plus all the abilities total in an attack range of 1455 and easily maximum attackspeed even without items. with rapidfire cannon, you would have an attack range of 1605 and since you would only need one or even no attackspeed items, you can build full AD/crit and man, 1600 range is no fun to gapclose.

Alistar Q is basically an ult that you get to skill up at level 1.
