Can you do something about Rengar?

This champion is pure cancer. Healz, QQS, cancer jump from bush and the list goes on. I don't understand why you insist on keeping poorly designed champions like this in the game. Idk what the people at Riot are doing, but they're updating champions at a snail's pace. What about doing something about the countless cancer champions in this game rather than buffing damage to get games down to the 10 minute mark? Billion-dollary company who can't do anything right. Why?
