I fix Annie

Alright she's strong I think her issues is simple she's hard to farm with when she gets her stun which really is a powerful zone out tool which tends to be why people don't like using her in mid right now, so here's what I suggest.

Passive-Stays the same no more interaction with her ult though takes away her being extremely op with her ult but still strong ult to finish off enemies. Tibbers can no longer stun opponents! To compensate opponents can no longer see when her stun is ready! Also people might be happy about this, Annie has to hit an enemy champion with either her auto or an ability to activate her stun! So be wary and try to keep count, if she's hit you 3 times and you turret dive her and she hits her E her shield it will stun you and she probably won't die! Q-Still stuns but only a single target it's going to be a skill shot like Brand's is. Stun can only be activated though if she hits an enemy champion allowing her to still be able to farm with her Q when she's in mid lane. W-Stuns opponent champions again only if it hits an enemy champion(s) meaning she can use it now to farm as well without having to worry about stunning minions! E-Can now be cast on herself and her allies making her a more viable support. The shield blocks half the damage whether ap or ad but only one hit! Also if stun is available any auto that hits herself while stun is available or on an ally that person will automatically be stunned! Her E triggers a count towards 4 only if a target auto's/uses an ability on her or her ally she has it on! R-Does the exact same thing but can no longer stun opponents! Instead whenever it is cast it will slow the opponent and anyone around the opponent! Also it does not work off of her passive but casting this ability on a champion or champions will add a count to her passive since it is an ability!

her passive have to be charged by using abilities (4 of them) to get the stun up and then she still has to use a 5 ability to use the passive therefore giving her stun/passive a cooldown based off how often she can use the cooldowns of her other abilities and if she is spamming abilities she needs mana to do so... there for her passive has a mana cost

so indirectly her stun passive has a cd and a mana cost

Again she can't spam abilities anymore if they made this change to her she has to either hit an ability or an auto on a champion for her stun to activate!

i dont think she is broke nor need a fix...

she does what she was designed to do ... be a nuke mage.

Right now yes she is too powerful when her stun is available she can easily fuck up any team without any way of denying it other than having cleanse or banshee's shield! She still would be a nuke mage, but their is counter play and she's not as boring to play as as she once was. She also has outplay potential now and some people would get better with her and could become a main for them, but now she also requires more skill. The largest argument against her right now is simply she's way too easy to play as for her to do as much damage as she does, now she still has the damage potential but it takes more skill to pull if off, and now you actually have a chance to outplay her.

Also her support was lacking a lot she was too easy to shut down and it really unfun playing against her because it almost always require a jungler to camp bot lane to win bot lane against her. Now she's a better support and she's no longer just a nuke kill lane, she's now a nuke kill lane but also has poke potential and another way to protect her adc from enemy ganks where as before she didn't have that other than her stun which if she used to get a kill her adc was guaranteed death.

so you are saying there are measures in the game that allow counter play to annie ? via her having mana/cds and having to manage those to properly manage her stun and power and items and other champs that just straight up beat her in lane.

So in otherwards says she ults and kills someone she can't just spam a couple abilities running away to activate her stun again, but her passive does not have a cooldown anymore either!

Put all your thoughts in one post, also please use a more intelligent structure for explaining ideas.

You can finish sentence with dot, you know that, right? Also I don't think her Q should be skill shot, her only disadventage is quite low range without ult and making it skillshot can cause making her range longer like it was in ryze's rework and she can still stun you with W so her Q still would be nearly like Point and click spell but now with longer range and also she was designed for unskilled players and newbies so giving her skill shot is pointless. She is really harder to balance when they want to keep her as easy as she is now and they want, don't forget about that.

I understand that but the thing about it is she's too strong I mean she is giving her a skill shot will be better for new players it might make them understand the game better. Nobody should get on this game play an easy champion and dominate with her simply because she's Annie I think riot needs to realize that that's a bit of the issue why it's harder for more season players to get out of bronze is simply because a person that's been playing awhile will generally have more skill than say a person that's just starting the game. Nobody should be able to jump in play a free to play champion like Annie and win their first game simply because they got a champion that's too strong. Introducing more skill to the game would balance it out and it's one skill shot by comparison she's still really strong and still very easy to play as compare to somebody like Lee Sin or somebody that takes a lot of skill.

Alright name one way to deal with her other than simply staying away from her when her stun is showing, or having to grab a banshee's veil just to deal with her even if the player isn't generally good with that champion?

Alright name one way to deal with her other than simply staying away from her when her stun is showing,

But that's basically her number 1 counterplay? She has bad waveclear so it's not like she's going to be csing.

or having to grab a banshee's veil just to deal with her

item 3140 summoner 1

even if the player isn't generally good with that champion?

Time her flash. There isn't enough time for her to Q, run up to you, R and then W. The stun just doesn't last long enough. She has to Flash+R+QW to kill you. Kill her when her stun and flash are down. If she's good, then she'll try to ambush you or kill you without flash. She'll also not hold on to the stun and use it to waveclear to avoid getting pushed in.

Oh spread out yeah no matter what Tibbers comes out as long as the player isn't mentally retarded, the player is pretty much dead, she's almost always guaranteed to at least trade her life for another being somewhat of a tanky mage she can be in the front lines and cast a Tibbers right in the middle of your team comp making everyone split up and easily taken apart.

Tibber's range is less than amumu's ult, and people usually spread themselves out enough to avoid that. Tibber's actual attacks do like 0 damage, it's the initial blast that does all the damage. Here's a tip: If you damage her, she'll die.

This is what I mean though it's easy to argue but at least if you are going to provide some reasons why! I listed mine, her stun is ridiculous being she can aoe a tibbers very very easily, and yeah she has no escape except a stun that is guaranteed to hit. Ntm she generally builds a bit tanky and with that shield she gets she can negate a lot of damage where as other mages can't. Is she viable in LCS no CC and mobility is what rules the LCS right now but solo que dynamic que she's a very strong pick especially in the lower leagues which yeah I get it doesn't matter to anyone even though over 80% of the player base is in the lower leagues and therefore our opinions should count for something. High level players you know exactly how to exploit her weaknesses, being she isn't mobile and she has no escape but her stun makes up for all of that. She's a champion that is extremely easy to use, has next to none skill shots and does an insane amount of damage in matter of flat seconds. Her stun duration is on part with other stuns in the game except most stuns you don't normally have to worry about getting 0-100 and most of it isn't going to affect an entire team. She's a mage only, but yet she can create a very dominant kill lane at bot she's like the few that could easily be considered an assassin mage except most assassins generally can't aoe an entire team.
