What Elo do I need to avoid fresh lv30 unranked newbies in my team?

I am actually sick of playing with these terrible newbie who has no idea how to play the game. I ended S6 at Gold 5 and OP.GG suggested my MMR is about Gold 3, but I am still getting match with horrible unranked fresh players sometimes. Playing with someone who literally don't know how to ping something or unlock the god damn camera makes me wanna kill myself. What elo do I need to get to not play with any of these people?

Mid gold should be high enough, unless those new players have won their first few placements games.

It is like mid gold, but since the seasons started, silver is basically gold, and gold is plat.

Default mmr is s3 I believe, so there is issues. I ended S6 in P5 with a 65% winrate, got s1.

High Silver+.

Gold is safe for sure unless you have terrible MMR for Gold 5
