Rework Swain visually and gameplay wise 2016

He's not very visually appealing and his gameplay is super binary, just drop E then proceed to spam all spells like crazy and afk into the enemy team with your R button on.

I like the idea of him turning into a giant bird, but it could be SO MUCH MORE.

He could have different spells while in his bird form, or they get a different effect.

He could have mana scaling on his ults damage so that he could be rewarded for building a stat he is required to get.

His laning could be better along with his scaling, now I know he's a late game carry but if he gets behind pre 10 minutes, he is almost guarantee useless all game long.

I feel like swain is a very strong pick against almost any squishy champion but when it comes to tank, you will have a hard time in lane phase just because the mana cost on ultimate along with ability mana cost is just too much. Any manaless tanky champion owns swain very easy because he wont have enough mana to kill you as long as you build magic resist and health early on. Swain is forced to get something to be able to sustain that mana hungry bird form. I think hes passive needs to be more like this.

swain gains increased mana regen based on missing health, and increased healing based on missing mana.

idk i think swain is a refreshing change of pace when compared to all the overloaded bs champs that have been released lately (ekko, reksai, kalista)

swain isn't really a lategame carry, but he is an excellent teamfighter. if everyone ignores him, they die, if everyone focuses him, he can delay the fight long enough for his team to clean up

i'm surprised he isn't more common when he can take out high priority threats and thrives in team fights
