Kai Guy1 votesNot quite. On her own shes 25 range short at max stacks. Requires RFC. She can get up to 250 range off Passive. Base is 500, so your looking at 750 when her range gets capped. Towers range is 775.
Hit box is a thing, so I think it needs to be 800 ish range. For kindred to do this she needs base of 650 range + rfc. so she needs 150 from her passive. 4 stacks is 75. Then every 3 after is 25. so 75+25+25+25. 4,3,3,3 = 13 stacks to out range towers with RFC, possibly 15 depending on hitbox issues.
Edit. when I say max stats I am talking about her range. Theres a cap on that, she can still get stacks after 25. I suppose I should test to see if 28 doesn't change her range, im trusting lol wiki to be accurate. will do so after I finish work. ill come back and let ya know.
