What's being done about inflation in season 6?

Or is the goal to let everyone eventually attain Diamond for free?

MMR has been inflating extremely fast for a while now. I stopped playing around Diamond III, decayed to Platinum III, and now my MMR (which doesn't decay) is around Platinum IV.

The statistics show that the percentage of players in silver and bronze are stable, as are the percentage of people in diamond.
