So I just discovered that my honor level 0 is not going to reset at the new year.
Been 7 months without ANY penalty and now it wont reset. I get honored nearly every game and I cant get away from level 0. Ill be here forever.

Have you honestly been behaving well, or are you just getting random honors for doing well in the game?

Also, have you been trolling in games or made sure to be a team player in EVERY game possible? if not that's why you're still stuck. took me about a month from honor 2 to 4, then another month to 5 since i stopped being as "Friendly" as i was in 2,3 and 4
