Its wierd, but im still one-shotting people since im maxing QE as a priority. I kind of see where the balance is intended. The power that W had was unacceptable.

Well if you're playing on a smurf I don't think you really have the right to form an opinion. Kind of easy to do better against people that are vastly worse than you.

That's fine, but you shouldn't make claims that she's still ok if you're playing on a smurf. Obviously your results will be skewed because as I said earlier, you are vastly better than your oppopnents so it won't be hard for you to get a lead on them.

You know what LB mains actually hate? It's the fact that both her rework and nerf totally changed her playstyle. Maxing Q/E does work to kill people, but it also kills my fun while playing LeBlanc.

Glad they nerfed Lb hard for once, now if they could do it to Ryze. Mid lane wouldn't actually be hell anymore.

Or shifted power... somewhere. Really not much you can do as he is designed to just kill things. Maybe tone down the burst but reward him for landing multipe Q's on a target?
