Why doesn't my Gold Border show up in Norms, I'm G4 in SoloQ.

You have to select the ranked border, in the client click on your icon (where you would go to select a different icon) and on the left side there should be two options, level border and ranked border, select the ranked border and it should show up in your normal games.
