Something Dopa said that hit me hard

"If you claim to main/be good at a certain champion, and you aren't climbing, then you aren't good at that champion." That galvanized to improve my Gangplank for the next season. Although I guess people should take what top tier players with a grain of salt.

But that's obvious, isn't it. If you got your rank with various champions, and now you don't climb by maining something, this clearly means you are not doing any better with your main champion.

On the other hand, if you got your rank, be it silver/plat/masters by mainig a champion, than you are a silver/plat/masters level player of your champion. Whether it's good or bad depends mostly on how you feel about it yourself.

I felt like it should be, but whenever people ask me what I mostly play I say GP. Ironically my highest on most consistent win rate is on Jax because I was kinda of scared to play GP after repeated nerfs. Tbh I just kind of play what I'm actually comfy with regardless of the match up.

Same. I pick Malzahar into everything midlane, unless i have a special counter for it. (What Lux player is going to understand how to beat a Jhin mid in a 1v1 matchup lol)

This hit me pretty good as well. I've been complaining staying away from ranked and grinding out custom games to practice my "big 3" as I call them.
