can you put in more AP CDR items?

athenes isn't good. morello is fine in terms of cost but i don't really consider it to be a late game item, more like an eco item. banner of command is like a tank item. DFG is being removed. twin shadows isn't really late game. ionian shoes is weird but fulfills the slot of 5/15% cdr to hit 40%. blue pot doesn't give cdr.

there is no good ap itemization to hit 40% without scaling cdr runes or 9/0/21 or some weird stuff.

I want some general late game item that gives like 20% cdr, something as simple as 120 ap + 20% cdr is good enough for me.

120AP + 20% CDR on one Item sounds like it would be Broken 9 different ways. And with a hand full of exceptions Like Azir, Vel'koz, and Lux, 40% CDR is not necessarily a Priority Over Say, more Ability Power or Magic Penetration.

its just a slightly weaker version of dfg, how is that broken?

athenes is not viable, 2 doran rings gives more regen than athenes.

that item name is item 3165 Honestly that's the item you are looking for. why would you put another item with identical stats.

because its not exactly late game tier like death cap and its just the same mana regen as athenes.

Cdr is a stat boost for EVERY champion, and there should be useful items for every champion type to build that have cdr.

On that note I do not think there should be any items that combine the Highest tier stats. 120 is the highest base ap stat on an item, 20% cdr is the highest on an item, therefore they shouldn't be combined. Same goes for IE 80 ad is the highest base stat and 250% crit damage is the ONLY crit damage enhancer, therefore they shouldn't be combined

Any time where the Highest base stats are combined in one item it removes the question of if you should get that item or another one
