so many ranked restricted in normal draft, can we have a prisoners island for them?

the ratio of toxic players with ranked restrictions to actual players who enjoy normal draft is so overwhelming that there would be no difference if prisoners island was added and the toxic players were just grouped together

maybe if you just squish them all into one place they will exhaust themselves of their toxicity and be silent players
