I see her in almost every game, and she is outdamaging everyone. She still one hits just about everyone late game when she should be falling off. Building MR isn't effective enough against her. Something needs to be done. I suggest a little love tap on her QR and her WR.

Bellows3 votesI think she has way too much going for her. She has a double dash at low cd, AND an aoe, if shes fed she can double or triple kill a back line in the blink. She has too much control over being chased. Juking is cool and all but he sigil lasts too long and has about an infinite range, making chasing impossible. She jsut risks nothing for killing everyone. Champ needs an overhaul completely. Her kit is one that is not balancable. To do accept able damage with it causes toxic gameplay, and not enough damage makes her useless.

im serious. leblanc being good at assassinating is intended. she is an ASSASSIN. she is also intended to be able to get in, and get out safely and quickly.
if you look at all assassins they all have the same strengths/weaknesses as Leblanc for the most part. High burst, great mobility/safety, very low sustained DPS. also incredibly squishy if building to one shot.
Just play Leblanc. I mean it. Play her and you will see why she honestly needs help right now. you can shit stomp lane. and another lane. ive had games with 600 ap at 20 minutes, but if the enemy team organizes and groups against you building MR early you are basically useless.
Leblanc is a great split pusher but her fall off is immense. once she has to use all of her abilities to one shot late game she becomes dumpster tier as her entire kit is built around dashing in, blowing someone up and blinking out. if she has to use her dash to blow up or all of cooldowns she is basically left sitting their to inevitably die.
and that is her problem. tanks are a thing right now and leblanc is only ok vs them. she becomes a more burst poke oriented mobile mage later in the game and that's just not good when you have no wave clear without distortion.
I know her lane phase is oppressive and honestly disgusting. it is. there's really not much you can do in lane besides build abyssal, get zoned out, and try to punish her if she makes a mistake.
but she is so bad later in the game right now and hard to carry with that if they nerfed her she would just be garbage. she is already honestly near that in my opinion. unless you play out of your mind on her you will never carry a game.
you will kill a ton of people and look "good" but you won't win the games. and that is what matters. Leblanc kills people, she's not winning games. even her win rate says so right now.

TheFrozenChosen2 votesLB has a really strong laning phase, maybe too strong. But late game she really does fall off. While she can still pick most anyone off, if she is good enough. If there is a group then you need to play it smart, cause if you go in your just gonna die. I know when I play her I can get 9 kills in 25 min. But even if the game goes till 50 min I will only get about 5 more kills, and then like 12 assists. So late games LB actually takes skill and knowing what to do and how to pick people off. Her late game is probably why she is always at like a 47% win rate, which is actually pretty low. Also if you want to avoid most of her burst, if you are ap, zhonyas would be really good. And though I do main LB and I wouldn't like it, her laning phase probably does need a nerf.

C9 Scott Free 1 votesI've been playing a lot of LB lately. Honestly yeah I don't think she is really too healthy but it is genuinely hard to team fight with her unless only one or two people dive and your team focuses them.
If you lose sight on her call MIA immediately. I've killed jungles on my way to gank other lanes because they had no idea I was coming. At that point I can just go back mid with double buffs and your bot lane still has to back off. Late game is a pain for her and you. If she hits void and abyssal she is going to pop people without mercy so you want to end it before she gets enough pen to drop people with large health pools to 1/3 and you don't want to screw up the early game and feed her so she is too fed to punish mid game when team gifts are just kicking off.

TallyZrg1 votesPlay against her. Most people don't pay attention to space aids (so free harass) and when she goes all in you can quickly E-R her and she gets wrecked.
Make sure you build Abyssal staff early and play VERY safe until then, if you give her 1 - 2 kills there isn't much you can do since she'll hit her spike and then some making the arms race lost.
Malzahar is a very safe champion anyways so you shouldn't have any issues playing safe. This is the advice I always give to anyone that has problems against LB, the other matchup I've been trying is AP into her and have had good success so far (needs more testing though).

Only thing I can see riot doing is making her Q a passthrough projectile but giving her W a reactivation delay of 0.5 seconds on landing and 0.25 for ulti.
Would greatly hit her key feature but give her something to actually fall back on late/end game where she's pretty much useless.
