Ryze has to use his abilities like a million times before he gets a kill. Other mages get one full rotation of their abilities off and you're dead. The thing is, you can usually burst Ryze before he's able to burst you, so I don't think he's a problem at all.

E W E Q butt blaster and you cant even retaliate unless you have higher range. And then he runs with 470move speed. Or if he cant duel you he just afk shoves wave into tower.
