And why would she need to, when she could crush any lane she went into harder, with an AoE blind (that actually screwed over melees. And yes, the blind was AoE), stronger harrier procs, and when she needed it, one of the best assassination tools in the game with a point and click gap closer and an AoE execute. The old Quinn was played top for a while, until she fell out of favor, with only mains still playing her (meaning odds were highly in her favor to win). It's the same now -- most of the people playing Quinn are mains, meaning they know the champion inside and out, as well as most of the matchups

i maxed shield on riven but this hcampion was in every lane because her ulti is the most cancerous design riot has ever come up with.

i didnt die to her once but she still 1 shot everyone because youmous and her cancerous damage was enough.

I really really doubt she was one shotting people with only cs. I play Quinn as adc, and even if I'm ahead in cs I won't do much later in the game unless I've gotten a kill. There really isn't any champ that comes to mind who can completely one shot off of cs alone.

Her ult is fast but costs a big chunk of mana to use in the beginning. Warding is important and so are pings. If you can't see her, ping it. That simple. This technique can be used for any champ too.

Also Riven is melee. Quinn is ranged, has a blind, and has a displacement. You shouldn't be trying to go in on her without jg help unless you know you can do something. She's built to do a good amount of damage early but will not do as well later without kills.

Honestly you just bait her E, then you sit on her and she dies. Any champion with a good gap closer (including Riven) and a hard CC (also in Riven's kit) can beat her. Maxing your shield first probably wasnt the best idea, your Q or W would have been better options, because once you bait her E, because she thinks your going in, you have no follow up damage and she'll just get her E back and dash away.

You can usually bait it, you just need to do more than dash at her to get it, your CD's (minus your Q) are lower than her E. Also, try running exhaust your self, (i dont look people up so idk if you run it or not) but TP Exhaust works pretty well when fighting against ranged people, or try some one other than Riven, i've done it with Irellia and Renek too.
