That's not a reset. That's a buff. You also forgot darius Kat resets all her basic cd's ,yi resets 70% cd, akali resets her ult stacks. Jinx gets movespeed.

Reset was the wrong word to use. I meant Tristana gets a reset, and Jinx gets free MS just for getting an assist, a kill, a tower, or assisting in taking a tower. The point is, she's another snowball champ created by Riot. Perhaps the most cancerous of them all.
