but it could be. look at ryze winrate. if you go againt a ryze that knows what hes doing. its nearly impossible to win any fight against him

Right.. But like Slamurai Jack mentioned, Lee Sin is not someone who excels in solo Q but does in competitive, another example would be Azir.
