Why don't we get more refunds as end of season rewards? Because I mean come one 3 refunds aren't enough for life on this game. Mostly just for this reason. My friend was over one night and we were playing league. While I was in the bathroom, my friend thought it would be funny to use my IP to buy Lucian when I was going to buy Ekko. I brought this to Riot asking if there was anything they could do about it but they couldn't. If I had more refunds I could refund Lucian and buy Ekko. But sadly I can't because you're only allowed 3...

Why do people feel like they are entitled to refunds at all? Aside from un-used product, what video game franchise offers refunds on content you've used?
