Remember last patch when people thought lethality is weak?

Now they buffed it for early game and suddenly it is broken as hell. Lethality was fine before the buffs.

I was Silver 3 a couple days ago, with Silver 3 MMR. Thanks to patch 7.2 I'm now Gold 5 with Gold 1 MMR. Guess who I played to get there? Here's a hint

it was straight up garbage, like see the garbage? lethality was there, no high elo player built any lethality items, not edge of the night, nor duskblade i saw some item 3142 on Jayce Rengar and that's it, kha/rengar went for black cleaver+tanky items

lethality was just garbage nothing else

Every adc named Jhin Varus Mf and Others use it. Theres a Riven lethality build... Even t2g is building lethality Udyr. Nb3 builds It on Wukong(that's fine) but if you scale with ad, lethality is the stuff for you.

It was straight up garbage, that's why players in the LCK are building Ghostblade and EoN on Jhin in the LCK even though they're still on patch 7.1.

No, Lethality was fine, right now it's completely busted.

we play in lck? i don't think so, because else i would have seen jhins going for lethality build before the buff

I see Lethality builds in every other game. They're rampant and they're disgusting.

The point is that you really can't say 'this is garbage' when it's being used at the highest level. That's like me going into a Melee chatroom and saying 'Puff's garbage because I can't hit rests', Puff isn't garbage, she sees high level play, what's actually happening here is that I'm misusing Puff. In this case most of the community was undervaluing Lethality, it wasn't at all garbage, high level play proves that.

you see it now because it was buffed before the buffs IT WAS GARBAGE WTF, when they buffed lethality no one said "why are you buffing lethality it's already good" they all said it was needed and i myself knew it was needed you would never see any lethality item built in any game except youmu on jayce and rengar

there is a reason miss fortune wasn't a popular pick before lethality buff and now is suddenly back to be top tier
