Skin splashes require too many clicks to find in the store

So, suppose I'm thinking about buying that new Brand skin, and I want to see the splash art in all of its glory.

1. I click on the Store button

2. I click the Skins tab

3. I click on Battle Boss Brand

4. I click "Learn more"

5. I click "SKINS" on Brand's champion page

6. I click on Battle Boss Brand's portrait near the bottom

Splash arts are supposed to be how skins market themselves in the store. So why are they obscured and buried?
