While I know nobody likes Rengar buffs, doesn't his empowered W feel lack luster?

I know if it was a really strong heal his lane would be ridiculous again and his survivability would be high but the way it is right now is so meh.

I was thinking perhaps his W when empowered could have the same damage as it is right now, maybe the heal would have a far lower base heal stat but would have a larger bonus health heal to support his tank/bruiser builds.

Example: Level 18 empowered Rengar W would heal for 100+30-40% bonus health, so say it was 30% bonus health and a Bruiser Rengar had 2000 health from items, runes, and masteries, he would heal for 100+600 meaning he would heal for 700 health with his empowered W/

But if it was a full AD assassin Rengar who had say 200 bonus health from runes, items, and masteries, he would heal for 100+60 meaning he would get a 160 health heal.

This would basically be a nerf to Assassin Rengar but a huge buff to the Bruiser/Tank Rengar. Honestly speaking, there is no real reason to build Bruiser/Tank Rengar unless the enemy has an incredibly huge amount of hard CC and ways to kite you even with the huge ult jump and whatnot.

Thoughts? I know this sounds very op but I feel he could use this buff/nerf.
