Jhin isn't really broken - Itemization just changed and THEN he became problematic. You were 100% correct on Camille though.

Honestly with Galio it just depends on his base damages and ratios when he goes live. If they are low, he'll be a CC-support sorta deal. If they are high? He's gonna fuck everyone with that butt-ton of CC.

camille's kit isn't that broken to be fair. She has clear counterplay on everything. It's just how riot loaded so much shit onto her kit and her ult being pretty retarded breaking her. If they fixed her ult then she would be one of the healthier champions in the game (and remove some shit god damn it. She has so much stuff in her kit).

Exactly what makes her a problem, just like TahmKench before heavy nerfs. She has -so much unnecessary power-. Why the fuck does she have a heal? How does her W heal her? Why does she need a huge AS steroid? She's supposed to be slow and precise! Why does her ult allow her to deal Physical, Magic, and True damage all at the same time? Why does her ult have an invulnerability associated with it? Why does her ult block flash/EVERYTHING? The list goes on.

galio is broken as fuck his abilities are way way way to fucking powerful, all the noobs head but there keyboards and get kills. adding to that he can shield himself just to add to the amount of damage he refuses to take. i can actually bet he is easier than playing a fed akali.

*Looks at nerfs on PBE. No, he's probably not going to be. Viable yes, but the few issues he had have been resolved it seems. Too much base damage on the passive, they nerfed the base damage, changed the mr ratio to a bonus mr ratio and lowered it, and even added an ap ratio to it to basically give him more incentive to build a mix of ap and tank rather than straight tank for damage. Duration on W is getting slashed in have for the extension of the damage reduction, and the armor ratio is being removed on the W and ult to not make him so strong against ad comps.
