At least when it comes to soloQ and normal games tho. I saw many fed champions like or that were complete monsters. I know some of them may not work well in LCS or maybe some of them do not fit the wast variety of team compositions that work well but that doesn't have to concern you if you are just a casual LoL player who plays SoloQ or Normals lol. Stop complining how some champions are weak..hell, they are not. Instead of WEAK I would rather use a term LESS FLEXIBLE.

Well to start with... you just listed a slew of champions that are relatively strong/OP except for Yorrick and Evelyn. You seem to be confusing low play rates with low power when that's not the case.

Skarner for example is in the top 5 strongest champions in the game, but he is very rarely played.

There are actually weak champions in the game like Urgot for example where even a fed one can have difficulty winning a match.

I am not confusing low play rates with the power of a champion, I have just listed a few of them that I found less powerful than top tier picks. Ofc, champions like Urgot Teemo Galio Kayle should also be on the list but I had no time to list them all because I am on my work hahaha so I logged in here in SECRET. And yes, Skarner is ofc stronger and more viable than Urgot for example but he's less viable than Hecarim or Irelia

Talking about Urgot , do you really think he is weak or just not flexible enough for current play style? I saw really good Urgots to be honest.

Skarner is notably more viable then both Hec and Irelia, he's literally near the pinnacle of strongest in the game. He's just really really unpopular as a champion, especially since he needs a bit more practice. Most of your list in the OP there is champions with exceptionally high win-rates and staggeringly high general performance, who's main common negative is their low play-rates.

Urgot, even the better Urgots I've seen still end up with huge problems carrying matches, his problem lies heavily in that he de-scales over time so eventually has a really hard time the longer the match goes. Like Eve he's slightly overnerfed because when he is strong he can be too overbearing because of the extreme Q range.

In contrast Galio is just what your meaning, in-flexible since he specialises versus certain types of teamcomp.

garen fits the example pretty well, inflexible but has power points

evelynn honestly does too, she is a bit too squishly early and if she doesn't convert the early game into a huge gold lead for herself, she has a pretty big disadvantage (she does ok late though)

That's what I am talking about. Garen is a brute force but still, he is not flexible enough which doesn't mean you can't play him and make a progress in Solo or normals tho.

Urgot isn't necessarily weak. He's extremely situational though. The first problem is that some people try to play him as an ADC still, when he's more viable as a ranged top-laner, and stronger against teams that stack armor and have low-mobility and range, which hardly exists because there's so much mobility and range available.

Im saying that you can play whatever if you want to have fun, but if you really want to win, maining Irelia is probably better than maining Aatrox or something.

Well honestly all champions are playable in the current state of the game. It's just some aren't as effective as others it doesn't mean a champion like aatrox isn't playable, he's not very effective or great but he's def playable.
