Who here has lvl 3 honor?

With the season reset my honor is at lvl 2 provisional so i am not allowed access to pbe until lvl 3. I had lvl 5 in post season. How long will it take to get 3?

I got my lvl 3 about three days ago. It should be coming soon for you if you play regularly (I'm lvl 62ish)

I got it earlier this morning, so took roughly a month but I do play quite a bit (level 71 right now). Riot said the average player will rank up over the course of 2 months.
