Jungler balance

I've been noticing a ton of Udyr / Kha'zix players steamrolling ranked games.

When I was jungling Kha, his missiles heal him about 2/5's of his HP every shot pretty much meaning he rarely ever has to recall --> more ganks

Also given the nature of his W, he will always outlevel the enemy team (wave clear in 1 click, maybe a leap later on at rank 5) If kha was to be changed, I'd make his missiles heal half, until he evolves them (to prevent top kha'zix. . for a while lol)

Moving on to Udyr

Also one of the junglers I've seen as "the first to 18", it's kind of silly seeing udyr outscale players so fast.

Warwick is also a huge annoyance in games. There will be players that say - warwick takes awhile to hit 6 But since upgrade of madreds - almost every jungler has on problem keeping up with levels and ganking in between.

I wouldn't mind a damage reduction on warwick's abilities, in return buff his hunter's call and bloodscent. (teamfighting op)

If we were to talk about AP junglers, I think Evelynn and Elise need a few fixes They were nerfed pretty bad, so bad that eve players stopped building AP

I could see evelynn being a strong champ, if her abilities were buffed up, with her stealth being restricted to her sprint.

Elise is a strange champion to buff, because I'm sure riot doesn't want to see her being played as a mid laner or top/sup. If she was changed to an HP/AP instead of a mage --> she could top / jungle better. Lisandries being her core item --> would help more so if she had HP scaling abilities. (players liked to build her tank after magic pen anyways?)

Nautilaus is an interesting champ, but his clear times are too slow. Titan's wrath means he's angry right? Where's the attackspeed increase? I'm actually SURPRISED naut himself doesn't have an ap scaling mechanic (increased slow or shield ar/mr increase) If he does get an attackspeed increase on titan's wrath, have it scale with ap lol

Zac is also one of the weaker junglers too, simply because of all the other champions out there. Udyr can multi stun / lock down players, zac just nudges them a bit lol

Shaco. . jack in the box or shiv, one of the two should do more damage to minions (I go 3 points into jack in the box to increase my clear times)
