yasuo needs more survivability, using the dash should give flow back

I also think that if not casting the tornado gave you a chunk of flow that would be good for him.

I'm gonna vote no. He's meant to be a squishy melee carry with the ability to weave in and out of his opponents.
Veigar caught you and killed you. He does that. Since he gets AP from just hitting people now, his low farm doesn't really mean he's weak.
Granted he is weak to someone more durable, but wind isn't know to be a durable element now is it?
