Does anyone build The Dark Seal?
I suddenly remembered that this was an item and forgot that it builds into Mejai's. Does anyone actually start with it or even build it?

Only champion I could see buying it is Le blanc. She's safe and snow balls. Every one else is too risky to have that.
I buy it on fizz If I'm confident I'm my ability to roam the map/kill my opponent, never as a starting item I'll ussually start corrupting potion and then go double dorans or dorans/seal on my 1st back
I know some singeds will build two.
The idea behind the Dark seal is to make the Mejia's rout a little safer. If your doing well, Upgrade it to a Mejia's, if not, Well it was nothing more than a starting item.
That said, you still need to make effective use of Mejia's to really even consider it in the first place. Cause if not, their would be almost no reason to take it over a Doran's ring.
I will say this however. Because it increases healing from potions, try combining it with Corrupting potion. That might make for a better snowballing tool.
