New HUD Scoreboard + Karthus Ult + Luden's Echo = Who gets the damage?

Alright, while I was watching Trick2G's Stream I noticed that He could rearrange the champs around on the Tab Scoreboard and stuff. That got me thinking about Karthus's Ult with the addition of Luden's Echo. (For those who don't know, Karthus's Ult + Luden's Echo does extra damage to whoever is at the top of the scoreboard on the enemy team, at least according to the old HUD scoreboard) With the NEW HUD, do you get to choose who gets the damage to that by arranging a champ to the top of the score board?

My best guess is that the damage goes onto the player who chose their champion first, but this would be the perfect thing to try out in sandbox mode... oh wait...

EDIT: So I did some testing, and it turns out it doesn't work like this.. (which tbh is kinda sad, but whatever) It will still Hit whoever was First Pick on their team.

Now that that's taken care of, should Riot change it so you CAN Target ppl with your Luden's echo by manipulating the scoreboard?
