Since Riot is buffing every binary champion that didn't even really need buffs to begin with, can get MonkeyKing get in on that too? Feeling a bit left out of "overbuff all the old champions with binary kits" club

Eff it, why not at this point. Can't be any worse than 17k HP Cho dropping 2K+ true damage nukes right? Might as well go all out kappa
