<Suggestion> Ending(to an extent) "I called it first"

So my brother and I were talking about a game were 3 teammates argued over who called a role first. We came up with an idea:

When the lobby loads, there are an assortment of buttons to be clicked, each saying "mid" "top" "jungle"...ect When you click a button, it gets greyed out, and(maby) a tag for the champ select time goes next to your name, showing you did get the role first. Now, obviously, some people(not many, I hope) would just lock in and go to whatever lane and troll anyway, but everyone could plainly see that they are trolling. After champ select, no one can see who actually called roles first, and can easily pretend YOU are the troll, not themselves. Its difficult, if not impossible, for something like this to be ENFORCED, but it could help players better weed out negative members of the community.
