Anyone Else Worried/Excited About Teemo in Preseason?

Teemo's passive is actually getting a lot more powerful in the Preseason since you essentially can't undo his Passive without forcing him out through non-targeted abilities or not targeted displacement spells. A Teemo with good enough vision control can just see his enemies coming sit still and bam, he instantly becomes that much harder to kill since now you can't just drop a Pink or use Trinket to remove his Passive. Now, I am not saying he will be OP or picked in competitive, but I am just saying a Teemo could split push kill the tower, sit still, and then wait for enemies to use up cool downs on him or walk away before beginning his reign of terror again. It seems like a very practical way to split push, especially if you pick Teemo against the right teams and have a pre-made yourself.
