Ashe top lane is pick/ban in korean challenger.

You see, the top laner is supposed to be the guy who splitpushes then teleports to teamfights. Ashe top lane can splitpush a lane and when she shes a teamfight is going on, she can just ult in the direction of the teamfight then teleport in for a huge impact. You might think "ashe is squishy and has no escapes." Well you see her e gives her vision and with a boots start into a swiftness boots rush, she can easily escape ganks with the bonus speed and her slowing the enemy. You might also think "ashe gets easily dove in teamfights since she is immobile." However, by building swiftness boots, runaan's hurricane, and statikk shiv, you become extremely speedy and can pretty much kite all melee champions. She is a very powerful lane bully in the top lane because of her long range. Finally, she is always useful regardless of how behind she is because she has support level utility.
