I feel like almost all players feel entitled when it comes to CDR nowadays.
Riot's made it far too easy to get CDR on ALL champions.
You often had to trade damage to hit 40% CDR in the past.
Back before

wasn't overloaded? I do. It was considered a support item due to the amount of AP on it relative to all of the near mandatory AP items that existed.

Supports and tanks were the only ones that had easy access to 40% CDR, outside of the few that made use of DFG+Morello's+Ionian, like Veigar before MR itemization was nerfed to the ground early in League's growth, making DFG a must-buy on every mage to 1 shot anyone.
Can we give stats that hyperscale kits trade-offs again? There used to be a cost to CDR and Crit. Now its tacked on anything the typical users buy, while tanks/non-enchanter supports have a hard time itemizing it without Frozen Heart, which isn't always an option.
