He stacks his fervour passive and plays agressive (he autoattacks very rarely the creeps - to lasthit or to maintain fervour (lasts 5 sec) so that the lane freezes and he can zone his opponent out) With the base AD buffs + fervour stacked, he now has +15 AD at lvl 1? Has anyone faced that in PBE? It seems just like impossible to win.

Level 1, if you can get 10 stacks would only add 10 physical damage to an auto. It doesn't give you AD, it adds physical damage to autos. So this damage can't crit or anything. Also, to keep 10 stacks, you'd end up pushing the way and over extending... that's not something a solo top marksman wants to do. ;)

Actually, to keep up your fervour, you need to auto every 5 seconds, and 5 seconds is pretty long. You can keep it alive also by hitting the enemy laner. Well yeah it's bonus physical but still that's +15 damage that's really scary (and it only applies to champions)

you just need to keep csing to get up to 10 stacks. its not hard.
