Runic Armor

RocketRelm··1 votes·2,221 views

Runic Armor gives "1.6% bonuses to all shields and healing on you." (Including regeneration and life steal.)

Now, I'd like to check and ask if there is any confirmation that this includes Spell Vamp. By the wording it should, but I wouldn't be 100% surprised if it didn't, because wording has been wrong before.

Given that they are phasing out spell vamp, I doubt it, I can check though.

Edit: it does actually work.
