So Riot didnt get enough testing on the PBE of Elder Dragon to understand how BROKEN it is

So for those that dont know. Elder Dragon Only spawns after the Soul is gained (where one team gets 4 dragons).
On the PBE this happened once every 6-8 games because so many just afk or throw so the game never lasts long enough.

Then of THOSE games few would last long enough to get the Elder drake killed.

BUT when a team has Elder its 30m into a game. With Items and being lvl 15-18 Elder Drake buff means instant win for that team. It will trigger when you damage someone who is under 25% HPs and it will do about 1-2k damage from a cross the map. Teemo Shroom get you to 25% HP you are dead. Lux Ult gets you to 25% HP you are dead.

Its 100% the buff wins.
