I forget where I read this, but a while back someone posted about Teemo getting buffed. Teemo doesn't need this. He already has a 52% win rate in plat+. DO NOT buff him.

PunnedIt2 votesActually that data isn't super reliable. It lists 199 champions, however there are only 128 at the moment. You'll notice that it lists some champions twice depending on lane. For example Teemo mid has a win rate of 48.7% while Teemo top has a win rate of 51.94%. Please take context into account before citing random statistics.

You say that your logic is better than mine but I did not need any counterargument. Anyone with half a brain would have understood what I mean.
But hey, I will explain it to you: Balancing is not dependent on winrates. Your "facts" do not reflect the strength of a champion.
Teemo may have a good win rate but it is because he is mostly played by teemo mains and not meta sheeps who have no idea how to play X champion that some pro had just played. In this case every meta sheep and their mother would play that high skillcap X champion, and lose the game. A good example is lee sin who is picked everytime yet has a bad winrate because many players are just not as good as inSec. Another reason is that many people get used to play against meta champions but forget how to best play against that teemo he/she had last seen like few months ago. So that teemo may wreck in that game. Also non-meta champions are picked much more cautiously to counterpick other champions and have more chance to win.
